SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
The products have a 60-day return policy. You can return the products for free (see the instructions in the ”Return policy” section).

DELIVERY METHODS
Finland:
Pickup from the store (Sammonkatu 50, Tampere) (€0.00)
Posti: Small package (delivered directly to the recipient’s mail slot, mailbox or behind the door.) The selected delivery method is not available for all products. (package size max. 38 x 38 x 28 cm, Weight 4 kg)
Matkahuolto: Pick-up package: (K-Market, R-kioski or another Matkahuolto pick-up point) (€7.90)
DB Schenker: Pickup point package (K-Market, R-Kioski or other local pickup point) (€8.50)

Note! Deliveries to parcel machines
The package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice. You will receive a text message or email as soon as the order is available for pickup.
You will receive the compartment code needed to open the parcel machine in the arrival notification. NOTE! If the machine is full, it will be moved by the transport company to the next free machine/pickup point.
The exception is the Åland Islands, to where the only delivery option is pickup at Posten Åland's post offices.
*FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER 60 € IN FINLAND (the sum of the products without shipping costs) to Posti's post offices or Parcel Points or Matkahuolto's Pickup-Points (Siwa, Valintatalo or other Matkahuolto pick-up points).
We reserve the rights to send small shipments as letters to your home address and the rights to send parcels that exceed the maximum size for parcel points to the post office.
Sweden
- Consumer Parcel: 14,90 € Consumer Parcel is parcel delivery for customers in Sweden. The order is delivered to the nearest DHL pick-up point. The transit time is 3–8 days depending on the delivery address.
- EMS express delivery: 29,90 With EMS express service (Express Mail Service) the packages are delivered abroad using the fastest possible transport methods. Delivery to recipient's address. Transit time to addresses in the EU is 1–3 days.
Estonia
- SmartPost: 10,90 €: Pickup from parcel point
- Consumer Parcel: 14,90 € Consumer Parcel is parcel delivery for customers in Estonia. The order is delivered to the nearest DHL pick-up point. The transit time is 3–8 days depending on the delivery address.

Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands (Holland), Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, Luxembourg
- Priority: 23,90 €: Delivery to nearest pick up point. In many countries the package is delivered to the recipient's addres. The transit time in the Nordic countires is 3–5 business days and in other European countries 3–7 business days.
- EMS express delivery: 29,50 €: With EMS express service (Express Mail Service) the packages are delivered abroad using the fastest possible transport methods. Delivery to recipient's address. Transit time to addresses in the EU is 1–3 days.
Other EU countries
- Priority: 29,90 €: Delivery to nearest pick up point. In many countries the package is delivered to the recipient's addres. The transit time in the Nordic countires is 3–5 business days and in other European countries 3–7 business days.
- EMS express delivery: 36,90 €: EMS (Express Mail Service) deliveries are always tracked and they are delivered abroad using the fastest possible transport methods. Delivery to recipient's address. Transit time to addresses in the EU is 1–3 days.
VAT
The prices of all products include VAT, which is 25,5 % for all products. We reserve the rights to price adjustments.
We also deliver to Åland with VAT 0 % prices (NOTE: The prices in the web-shop automatically adjust to VAT 0 % prices when selecting Åland as delivery country in the shopping bag) .
DELIVERY TIMES
What the delivery times mean:
- "IN STOCK”: The product is in stock. The order will be forwarded for delivery at the latest four (4) business days after the order is placed. In case you are in a hurry with your order, you can mention it in the field for additional information in the shopping bag. If possible we will send your order out for delivery the same day it's placed.
- "1–4 DAYS”: The product is on its way to our store and will be forwarded for delivery to the customer 1–4 business days after the order is placed.
- "5–10 DAYS”: The product will be ordered to our store and forwarded for delivery to the customer 5–10 days after the order is placed.
PAYMENT METHODS
Finland
When using netbanks the payments happens safely via your own netbank. You need to have own bank codes (user name and password). Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
All EU countries
MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners Club. When paying with credit card, the information on the credit card is sent over an SSL encrypted connection tp the payment services of the credit institution, that secures the payment. The credit card information doesn't show up in Suodatinkeskus Oy's system. Neither is your credit credit card number stored on our server.
You can pay for your purchase via PayPal PayPal using your PayPal account or a credit card-palvelussa (Visa / MasterCard / American Express). More information www.paypal.com
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

Klarna bill/account (Finland)
When choosing the Klarna bill/account option, you get at least 14 days of payment time for your products. The bill will be delivered to your e-mail. When paying with Klarna bill, the invoicing fee is 4,90 €.
RETURN POLICY
The products that you order have a 60-day return policy.
The return policy only applies to unused products in saleable condition in their original packages.
The return policy does not apply to products custom ordered to the client's specifications.
To use the return policy you have to notify us about your decision to cancel your order by sending us an unequivocal message. You can easily notify us by logging in to your account and using the ”I'm returning the products function”. You can also inform us about your decision by a letter in connection with your product return or by a separate e-mail. To simply refrain from picking up the package or just returning the products is not enough to cancel the order. To cancel within the time limit, it's enough that you send us a message about your cancellation before the end of the dead line (60 days from the delivery date).
When using the store's cancellation policy, we will refund the money to you within 14 days from when we have recieved your message and have got the product back and have approved the return. The refund also includes all delivery costs that you paid for when you made your order.
In case we need more information (e.g. international bank account number (IBAN) and business identifier number (BIC)) to be able to do the money refund, we will contact you for the information.
If the delivery takes more than 8 days after you recieved the ”Your order has been sent” -message from Suodatinkeskus, contact our customer service immediately, so that we can find out the location of the package before it is automatically returned to us.
For packages that haven't been picked up and therefore returned to us, we have to charge the return fees for the order, which are the same as the corresponding delivery costs for the delivery method in question. If the package is returned to Suodatinkeskus for example because of a missing arrival notice, the responsibility is transferred to the company in charge for the transportation.
A package that hasn't been picked up and has been returned to us, can be arranged for redelivery. In that case the customer has to pay for the delivery costs, regardless of the value of the order.
In case the delivery method and value of your order initially entitled you to free delivery, but you make a partial return and the value of your order drops below the limit for free delivery, we will deduct the delivery costs for the corresponding delivery method from your refund.

You can return the product/products by using either Posti or Matkahuolto and its partners. The return is sent to:

Before making a return via Matkahuolto and its partners, contact Suodatinkeskus' customer service (by phone or e-mail) to get the customer return number that you need to make customer return.

PARCELS THAT ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
Despite careful packaging, the parcels can get damaged during transit. Therefore it's good to check the condition of the package when you pick it up, in the presence of a clerk. In case the package is damaged and in case the ordered products are damaged too, immediately make a damage report. After that, contact our customer service to arrange for delivery of a new product.

Principles of data security
The information in the register is only used by those persons, whose work tasks it involve. The register is located on a secure server, which information is only accessible with a username and password.
Right to inspect data
The customer has the right given by the Personal Data Act to inspect the about her/him in the register. The customer is entitled to inspect her/his customer information without charge once a year. If the customer wants to check her/his information more often, we have the right charge a fee for giving out the information.
OTHER
We keep the rights to change our terms and conditions. The customer is resposible for checking the effective terms and conditions before making an order.
