Note! Deliveries to parcel machines
The package will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point or parcel machine of your choice. You will receive a text message or email as soon as the order is available for pickup.
You will receive the compartment code needed to open the parcel machine in the arrival notification. NOTE! If the machine is full, it will be moved by the transport company to the next free machine/pickup point.
The exception is the Åland Islands, to where the only delivery option is pickup at Posten Åland's post offices.

What the delivery times mean:
Finland
When using netbanks the payments happens safely via your own netbank. You need to have own bank codes (user name and password). Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.
All EU countries
MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron and Diners Club. When paying with credit card, the information on the credit card is sent over an SSL encrypted connection tp the payment services of the credit institution, that secures the payment. The credit card information doesn't show up in Suodatinkeskus Oy's system. Neither is your credit credit card number stored on our server.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

Klarna bill/account (Finland)
When choosing the Klarna bill/account option, you get at least 14 days of payment time for your products. The bill will be delivered to your e-mail. When paying with Klarna bill, the invoicing fee is 4,90 €.
The products that you order have a 60-day return policy.
The return policy only applies to unused products in saleable condition in their original packages.
The return policy does not apply to products custom ordered to the client's specifications.
To use the return policy you have to notify us about your decision to cancel your order by sending us an unequivocal message. You can easily notify us by logging in to your account and using the ”I'm returning the products function”. You can also inform us about your decision by a letter in connection with your product return or by a separate e-mail. To simply refrain from picking up the package or just returning the products is not enough to cancel the order. To cancel within the time limit, it's enough that you send us a message about your cancellation before the end of the dead line (60 days from the delivery date).
When using the store's cancellation policy, we will refund the money to you within 14 days from when we have recieved your message and have got the product back and have approved the return. The refund also includes all delivery costs that you paid for when you made your order.
In case we need more information (e.g. international bank account number (IBAN) and business identifier number (BIC)) to be able to do the money refund, we will contact you for the information.
If the delivery takes more than 8 days after you recieved the ”Your order has been sent” -message from Suodatinkeskus, contact our customer service immediately, so that we can find out the location of the package before it is automatically returned to us.
For packages that haven't been picked up and therefore returned to us, we have to charge the return fees for the order, which are the same as the corresponding delivery costs for the delivery method in question. If the package is returned to Suodatinkeskus for example because of a missing arrival notice, the responsibility is transferred to the company in charge for the transportation.
A package that hasn't been picked up and has been returned to us, can be arranged for redelivery. In that case the customer has to pay for the delivery costs, regardless of the value of the order.
In case the delivery method and value of your order initially entitled you to free delivery, but you make a partial return and the value of your order drops below the limit for free delivery, we will deduct the delivery costs for the corresponding delivery method from your refund.

Despite careful packaging, the parcels can get damaged during transit. Therefore it's good to check the condition of the package when you pick it up, in the presence of a clerk. In case the package is damaged and in case the ordered products are damaged too, immediately make a damage report. After that, contact our customer service to arrange for delivery of a new product.

The customer has the right given by the Personal Data Act to inspect the about her/him in the register. The customer is entitled to inspect her/his customer information without charge once a year. If the customer wants to check her/his information more often, we have the right charge a fee for giving out the information.
We keep the rights to change our terms and conditions. The customer is resposible for checking the effective terms and conditions before making an order.
